Design Challenge & Solution

Exposed LED strips cause light spotting, rapid overheating, and dust accumulation. Conventional fixtures disrupt borderless wall transitions. JECA DECOR supplied:

• Recessed Aluminum Channels: Drywall coves housing LED strips with frosted lenses for soft, dot-free illumination.
• Low-Profile Floor Channels: Waterproof baseboard profiles providing directional path lighting while guarding against moisture and dust.
• Thermal Heat Sink Body: Extruded aluminum housing that dissipates chip heat to extend LED lifespan and color consistency.

Profiles were fixed to framing before drywalling, creating a flush, borderless light trough after plastering and snap-in lens cover installation.
